Outside Sales Manager - Pest Control

• Training and Mentoring current sales team.
• Working with Branch Manager to set and reach monthly sales goals from leads given from branch as well as generating new business from individual efforts
• Assisting sales inspectors on achieving their sales goals through ride sharing and coaching.
• Execute leads to reach individual benchmarks each month

What To Expect In This Position

This position demands high energy with high reward. Sales meetings are twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. All other days sales inspectors leave from their home to their appointments each morning. "(Preventive) invests in our people to give them every opportunity to succeed" (part of mission statement). Investment of time in sales and pest knowledge is key to the success we have had to this point in our company and will continue to be a priority in the future. Recognizing outstanding daily, weekly, and monthly performance with incentives is an important part of this position.

Qualifications For Sales Manager:

*TWO years of sales experience is required, experience in managing is preferred

*Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

*Current Pest and Termite Control License for State of Texas is required

*Ability to pass state required tests for licensing in Pest and Termite Control

*High School diploma or equivalent

*Full Time employment availability (minimum 40 hours)

*Clean background check

*Pass Drug test and be able to work in a drug free environment

*Basic skills in Math and reading comprehension

*Be able to problem solve and find ways to reach personal and company goals

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
