Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of Fitbit fitness and wellness products via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest service standards.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to Fitbit devices, including activity trackers, smartwatches, heart rate monitors, and sleep tracking features.
Guide users through the setup, synchronisation, and configuration of Fitbit devices and the accompanying Fitbit app, with a particular focus on fitness and wellness goal-setting features.
Provide accurate, empathetic, and knowledgeable support regarding Fitbit's health and wellness metrics, including step counting, calorie tracking, stress management tools, and workout summaries.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, software, and hardware issues, escalating complex technical cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system, contributing to a continuously improving knowledge base for Fitbit product support.
