Finance and Operations Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Finance and Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage financial workflows, assist with accounting and compliance, and support operational processes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-of-month close process, including reconciliations and supporting schedules Lead project cost accounting and revenue recognition activities to ensure financial accuracy Partner across finance, legal, and contracting to establish scalable processes and support daily operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles Working familiarity with month-end close, revenue recognition, and cost accounting concepts Experience with Bill.com, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
