Artisan Baker

Superior Grocers is seeking an Artisan Baker to produce bakery goods and related products in an efficient and timely manner. The Artisan Baker supports the bakery department's contribution to overall store performance by focusing on customer service, product quality, and consistency while preparing fresh baked goods that meet company standards and customer expectations.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Artisan Baker, you are responsible for executing daily bakery production while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards.

• Follow daily production plans to prepare required bakery products for current and upcoming needs as an Artisan Baker
• Ensure efficient production of bakery items while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery work area at all times
• Deliver strong customer service to positively impact store performance and business results
• Perform additional bakery-related duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in bakery production or a related field
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, operating instructions, and production guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety compliance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment as an Artisan Baker

Compensation:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $17.87 to $22.00
