Wicked Voodoo Espresso is a fast-paced, high-energy coffee brand with a loyal following across San Antonio. Our SeaWorld location is hiring an experienced Baker / Short Order Cook who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality food every single shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare breakfast items, egg bites, biscuits, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items to spec, consistently and correctly
• Bake and produce baked goods for our store and support other locations
• Follow recipes and portion standards exactly — no shortcuts on quality
• Monitor cook times and product closely to eliminate waste, burning, and rework
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized kitchen at all times
• Handle food safely and in full compliance with local health codes
• Manage prep, restocking, and opening/closing kitchen tasks
• Collaborate with the barista team to meet customer demand

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of baking or short-order cooking experience (café, diner, or coffee shop a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to food quality and safety
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to work cleanly under pressure
• Comfortable following recipes and holding portion control
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Availability for early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
