About the Opportunity
As a Non-CDL Driver, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring products and materials are transported safely, accurately, and on time between our facilities and vendor partners. This hybrid role combines driving and warehouse responsibilities, making you an essential part of maintaining efficient operations while supporting the quality and reliability our customers expect from Paleovalley.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to transport products and materials between company facilities and vendor locations.
Verify that each shipment is accurate and complete before departing, ensuring the correct products are delivered to the appropriate destination.
Secure and inspect loads to ensure products are transported safely and in compliance with company safety standards.
Pick up products and materials from vendors while maintaining professional relationships and representing Paleovalley with integrity.
Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, unloading, organizing, and moving inventory as business needs require.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, to load, unload, and transport products safely (training or certification provided as applicable).
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns to help keep equipment in safe working condition.
Track mileage and complete required driving or transportation documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support efficient inventory movement and maintain smooth daily operations.
Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and food safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned
