Position Overview
We are eager to find a driven Account Manager for MSP Operations who is ready to elevate our services! Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of requisitions for various work types.
- Build and nurture valuable long-term relationships with key stakeholders and supplier partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Deliver exceptional ongoing client support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), implementing corrective measures as required.
- Provide training and support for the Vendor Management System (VMS) to clients and suppliers as necessary.
- Take charge of candidate screening, coordination of interviews, and ensuring contractor onboarding compliance.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates tailored to state-specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, highlighting value delivered and pinpointing areas for program enhancement.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancements aligned with the program's maturation.
- Explore and identify new business development opportunities within the assigned region, targeting new agencies and expanded service lines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in account management, staffing, or recruiting, especially within the public sector or large-volume accounts.
- Understanding of various engagement types, including Time and Materials (T&M) and Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery.
- Experience supporting a broad array of labor categories (Healthcare, IT, Professional Services).
- Familiarity with Vendor Management System (VMS) applications.
- Solid background in contingent workforce management.
- Demonstrated success in account growth and delivery management.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on customer service.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of state government structures and procurement processes.
- Previous experience collaborating with the State of Tennessee government.
- Experience managing MSP Programs for contingent workforce solutions.
Physical Demands
- Ability to successfully perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Capable of completing repetitive tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
- Effective communication skills for interactions with team members and clients via phone and in-person.
- Position primarily involves sedentary work with occasional mobility for meetings or site visits.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with compensation dependent on factors such as experience and education. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan. Employees receive paid time off and may be eligible for accrued sick leave and additional paid time off as prescribed by law.
