About the Opportunity
We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Personal Lines Agent to help lead our sales, quoting, and closing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume inbound closing, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while playing an important role in agency growth.
This is more than a standard sales position — we are looking for someone who can become a key driver of the client experience and eventually grow in salary, commission, and responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage our multiple Inbound Sales Inquiries
- Recommend coverages and protections for Personal Lines Clients
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities (auto, home, umbrella, other lines)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience
- Active Florida insurance license: 440, 2044, or 220
- Personal lines experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Comfortable discussing coverage needs and recommending additional protection
