Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, prepare, and conduct testing on various samples to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine cleaning and testing to verify the sterility of equipment and workspaces.
• Provide technical support to fellow team members and assist in troubleshooting any equipment or process issues.
• Present comprehensive results and findings to senior staff, using clear and concise methods.
• Write detailed reports, reviews, and summaries documenting procedures and results.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred, with a focus on microbiology or bench work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and be proactive in problem-solving.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
