Senior Security Guard Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead small groups of security personnel.
• Assume positions of greater authority as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of five (5) years of military, law enforcement, or armed commercial guard force supervisory experience, focusing on physical security and access control.
• Five (5) years of armed guard experience on WPS III or its predecessor contracts is acceptable.
• Successful completion of a supervisory course as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1.
• Upon bio approval, must complete the required guard training course specified in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2.
• U.S. citizen and TCN guard personnel must qualify with Glock-19, M4, MK18, M240, and M249, with re-qualifications as specified.
• Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting.
• Complete the WPS III Physical Readiness Test at the sixty-five (65) percent performance level, maintaining that level throughout service.
• No restrictions on overseas travel to countries deemed dangerous or unhealthy, including assigned countries.
