Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including buses or vans, on scheduled routes and special excursions.
• Lead guided tours, sharing historical, cultural, or scenic insights with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Engage visitors through lively storytelling, public speaking, and educational teaching techniques.
• Manage time effectively to ensure punctual departures and arrivals while maintaining a flexible schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions, ensuring comfort, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests using strong verbal skills; handle any unexpected situations professionally.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment or luggage as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Experience

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in driving large vehicles or tour guiding preferred; training provided if necessary.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage groups of varying sizes.
• Excellent public speaking skills combined with effective communication and teaching abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Effective time management skills to coordinate schedules efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Pay: $24.02 - $28.92 per hour
