About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in property management, enjoys working with residents, and can effectively support the daily operations of a multifamily community.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, and experience with RealPage property management software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Process lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork.
- Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet residents and visitors professionally.
- Maintain accurate resident files and records using RealPage.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Assist with marketing, resident retention, and community events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment or property management preferred.
- Experience using RealPage preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
