Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager

Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to lead complex commercial mechanical construction projects with full accountability for delivery, financial performance, and risk management.Impact (Why This Role Matters)- Drive successful delivery of high-value, complex mechanical construction projects- Serve as the primary owner-facing leader representing the organization- Mentor and develop project management staff and field leaders- Protect project margins through expert risk management and change control- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional project outcomesResponsibilities- Lead full project lifecycle on complex commercial mechanical projects- Own contract administration, budgets, and financial performance- Manage buyout and procurement of major equipment and subcontractors- Drive change management and protect project profitability- Govern submittal and shop drawing quality through BIM and construction phases- Conduct weekly project and jobsite reviews with stakeholders- Coordinate with Project Directors, Division Managers, and Superintendents- Oversee subcontractor performance and schedule compliance- Ensure quality, safety, and customer expectations are met- Manage post-construction warranty and customer service requirementsRequirementsMust-Haves- 10years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction- Proven track record managing projects from $5M to $20M+- Strong commercial judgment with P&L accountability- Expert-level contract administration and change management skills- Ability to independently manage multiple high-risk projects- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skillsNice-to-Haves- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems- Background in design-build or design-assist delivery methods- Familiarity with BIM coordination and Bluebeam- OSHA 30 certification and PMP credentialCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, vehicle allowance, and performance bonuses.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
