We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter / Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This position combines recruiting, administrative support, and social media management to help support daily business operations and company growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while providing a positive experience for candidates and supporting internal operations.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
  • Contact applicants by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
  • Assist with offer letters and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate tracking

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to leadership
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and recruiting timelines
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Respond to emails and internal communications in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports and assist with various office projects
  • Help improve recruiting and administrative processes

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule content across company social media platforms
  • Assist with recruiting and employer branding initiatives online
  • Respond to social media inquiries when appropriate
  • Monitor engagement and help maintain a consistent company presence
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting campaigns and company updates

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting, administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business use is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
