We are a small in-house legal department seeking a highly motivated 2nd or 3rd year law student to assist with legal operations and emerging AI-related initiatives. This role is designed for a law student who is interested in the intersection of law, technology, AI, contract review and corporate governance.
The law clerk will work directly with in-house counsel on projects involving the practical use of generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and related technologies, to improve legal workflows, contract review processes, policy drafting, and internal legal operations.
The position is intended for someone who is curious about how AI will reshape legal practice and wants hands-on experience applying AI tools in a real-world corporate legal environment.
