Aviation Assembly - Operator

Overview

The Operator - Aviation Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing and production responsibilities related

to aerospace assembly. In this role, you will contribute to the

manufacturing of aerospace components by performing hands-on assembly tasks in

a structured, high-quality environment. This position is ideal for individuals

who enjoy precision work, consistency, and being part of a team that supports

career advancement and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions written in English to ensure accurate production.
  • Assemble and wire aerospace circuit breakers with a high level of precision.
  • Complete small-scale winding and component assembly tasks.
  • Operate within a dedicated workstation to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform detailed hands-on work.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding written instructions in English.
  • Experience using basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ITAR-regulated or aerospace manufacturing environment is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
