Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A+ Towing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. With a staff of approximately 30 employees, we are looking for an individual who can effectively manage incoming calls, coordinate service requests, and support daily office operations. Full time 9:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Data entry of information into dispatching software via Chrome browser
• Dispatch drivers efficiently while prioritizing customer needs and response times
• Enter and manage data (Towbook, IAA, Copart, AAA, etc.)
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with the release of impounded vehicles to customers
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
• Support invoice follow-ups and collections
• Utilize Windows-based systems and Google Workspace tools

Qualifications and Skills

• Dispatching or call center experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Oregon geography and strong familiarity with Google Maps
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with strong integrity and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
