Location: Bedford Park, IL 60638

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Availability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with potential overtime

We are seeking dedicated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. This role is on-site and offers potential overtime opportunities based on call volume and operational demand.

Responsibilities

Engage Customers

  • Schedule appointments and provide timely, accurate information about services.

Deliver Exceptional Service

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Maintain Standards

  • Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining top-quality service and accuracy.
  • Meet performance and quality expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven call center experience with a record of reliability and success
  • Demonstrated consistency and commitment in previous roles, showing dedication to team goals and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with potential overtime
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to provide three professional references prior to receiving an offer
