THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by guaranteeing that our food is not only safe and of high quality but also served with a smile. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring they are well trained in customer service, food preparation, and safety protocols. This dynamic role involves being on your feet, monitoring service quality, and supporting your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Ensure that delicious and high-quality food is consistently served to our guests.
  • Address any food quality concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Support food safety measures, including proper hand hygiene, temperature monitoring, and adherence to safety checklists.
  • Resolve customer issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in managing crew breaks, shifts, and overall team scheduling to maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide training and development for all front-of-house crew members.
  • Participate in Crew performance reviews and helping in their professional development.
  • Help identify and nurture future leaders within the team.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks, including cash handling and ensuring supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Maintain functionality of office equipment and ensure resources are readily available.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Ability to understand and communicate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
  • Knowledge and experience with cash handling procedures.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Familiarity with basic office paperwork.
  • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location, both written and spoken.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred.
