Compensation Incentives – Earn a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:
Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
