Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function

Conduct evaluations, treatments, and procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

•

Identify and address potential barriers to patient care, implementing creative solutions to overcome obstacles

•

Stay current with latest research, guidelines, and best practices in physical therapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans

•

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

•

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

•

Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

•
