Warehouse Associate / Logistics & Dock Associate

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Shifts Available: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $19/Hour

Position Overview

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our team immediately! We currently have two distinct openings depending on your experience level: a Warehouse Specialist (Position 1) requiring forklift and carpentry/assembly skills, and a Hybrid Dock & Installation Associate (Position 2), which is entry-level friendly with on-the-job training.

Choose Your Path: Open Positions

Option 1: Warehouse Specialist (Experience Required)

In this role, you will manage inventory movement and assist with specialized crate assembly.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and stage materials in a warehouse environment.
• Assist with building and assembling custom wooden shipping crates.
• Safely operate power tools, including table saws, staple guns, and pneumatic nail guns.
• Qualifications: * Proven experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Prior forklift operation experience.
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools (carpentry or crate-building experience is a huge plus!).

Option 2: Hybrid Dock & Installation Associate (Training Provided)

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily inbound freight and facility setups. Great for someone looking to learn the ropes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive packages and unload freight on the loading dock.
• Assist with internal office logistics, including moving furniture.
• Assemble, configure, and tear down office cubicles and modular workspaces.

Qualifications:

• No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong worth ethic and a desire to learn.

General Requirements (Both Positions)

To be considered for either role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Screening: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Physical Stamina: Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting heavy objects/furniture daily.
• Reliability: Punctual with consistent Monday–Friday attendance.
