Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Pay Range: $42.63/hr. On W2 | $51.56/hr. on C2C

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️8+ years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst role within the Mortgage industry.

✔️Proven ability to interview stakeholders to analyze, clarify, and document complex business processes and requirements.

✔️Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.

✔️Strong experience in testing external-facing web applications and translating requirements into comprehensive test cases.

✔️Expertise in both B2B and B2C business environments.

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️3–5 years of project coordination experience.

✔️Master’s degree in a relevant field.

✔️Experience managing project lifecycles from initiation through implementation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact team in Fort Washington, PA. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that project deliverables meet all quality and functional requirements. This role requires a professional who can decompose complex mortgage-related business scenarios, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive project success in a hybrid work environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Work directly with business users and financial analysts to capture, clarify, and document comprehensive business requirements and processes.

✔️Develop and execute user acceptance test (UAT) cases based on defined functional and business requirements, ensuring system accuracy.

✔️Facilitate meetings with business and technical teams to resolve challenges and ensure project milestones are met.

✔️Manage project documentation, including project scope definitions, instructional guides, and user manuals to reflect system modifications.

✔️Collaborate across B2B and B2C initiatives to support projects from initiation to production implementation.

✔️Perform data analysis and validation tasks, including writing and executing SQL queries to support technical requirements.
