Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report to the Controller at Careington. This will be a high-level position that will interact with the C-Suite and other executive managers. The position will directly manage two analysts but will also be a hands-on leader who actively supports day-to-day finance tasks. Duties will entail FP&A responsibilities such as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. However, the manager will be required to assist with month-end close tasks and other related accounting tasks as needed. In addition, the manager will assist with other ad hoc projects such as yearly IRS information reporting and corporate insurance policy renewal applications.

This is a hybrid role with attendance required onsite 3x a week at our Frisco, TX office.
