Responsibilities

• Sell off-market properties to cash investors
• Manage buyer relationships and follow-up
• Negotiate offers and move deals to contract
• Maintain availability during business hours
• Build relationships with motivated property owners.
• Negotiate and secure off-market investment opportunities.
• Analyze properties and present offers.
• Meet with homeowners throughout the Houston area.

Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License
• Reliable transportation
• Laptop/computer
• Strong Wi-Fi connection
• Professional communication skills
• Self-motivated and coachable

Compensation

• Commission-based
• $80,000+ typical first year
• No cap on earnings
