As our Mortgage Loan Partner, you'll work directly with producing Loan Officers and serve as the operational backbone of the mortgage process. Your work will directly impact families purchasing homes, referral partners who trust us, and the overall success of our team.

What You'll Do

You'll play a critical role in helping every loan move efficiently from application to closing by providing outstanding support to our clients, Realtor partners, and internal team.

File & Pipeline Management

  • Collect and review borrower documentation including income, assets, credit, and supporting documentation
  • Review files for completeness before submission to processing
  • Upload and organize documentation within Encompass (experience preferred)
  • Assist with underwriting conditions and documentation requests, as needed
  • Manage loan milestones and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate CRM and manage pipeline updates

Client & Partner Communication

  • Serve as Team Representative point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan process
  • Communicate proactively with Referral Partners, title companies, and other partners involved in the process
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate closing timelines
  • Deliver the kind of communication that creates a five-star client experience (non-negotiable)

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of processing, underwriting, or mortgage lending (preferred)
  • Familiarity with mortgage documentation including W-2s, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, AUS findings, and underwriting conditions
  • Experience using Encompass
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
