The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a core driver of top-of-funnel growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that fuels the broader sales organization. You will work closely with the BDR manager and sales leadership in a high-energy environment where your effort and creativity translate directly into impact.
This is a role for someone scrappy and ambitious who wants to learn the craft of modern sales from the ground up, build real relationships with prospects, and earn a path toward larger responsibilities as the team grows.
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
Research target accounts and craft creative, personalized outreach that resonates with prospects
Book qualified meetings for the sales team and help build a strong, consistent pipeline
Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and process
Track activity and learnings to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
Self-starter energy with a scrappy, creative approach to opening doors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High drive and resilience, with a genuine desire to build a career in sales
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus: standout achievement in a competitive arena (athletics, entrepreneurship, or similar) or early sales experience
