Procurement Operations Manager

Owning and elevating day-to-day procurement operations, the full-time Procurement Operations Manager will manage vendor onboarding, PO creation, and design AI-driven processes to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee procurement operations, including vendor onboarding and the procure-to-pay cycle Lead contract redlining and collaborate with Legal on commercial and non-commercial terms Design and implement AI solutions to automate manual processes and improve operational workflows Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance operations, or related fields Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex problems with curiosity Experience with procurement and financial systems such as Zip, Coupa, or Workday Strong communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
