Dispatcher - Second Shift

The role: You'll manage inbound calls, coordinate driver assignments, and keep our operations running smoothly for our customers and our tow operators. It's a high-responsibility position that demands clear communication, solid judgment, and the ability to stay sharp when things get busy.

• Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement, and transport clients using our computer dispatch system
• Assign tows to our tow operators fairly and efficiently to maximize service levels
• Relay clear, complete information on pickups, transit, and deliveries
• Keep accurate call logs and enter required data in real time
• Manage customer service issues calmly and professionally as they happen
• Maintain communication with drivers and customers from first call to job completion
• Assist with route planning as needed
• Uphold All City Towing’s standards for professionalism, respect, and excellence on every interaction

We are adding two Dispatchers to our second shift with the following schedules:

Our Dispatchers are central to the success of our operations, so we are looking for top individuals to bring a "can do" attitude with excellent customer service skills.

1. Tuesday -Saturday 3PM-11PM

2. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 3PM-11PM - This weekend shift is 36 hours but paid for 40 hours!

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch experience
• Call center experience.
• Basic Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Works well under pressure.
