Our Spokane, WA facility is looking to fill the role of a Tanker Service Technician.
We are looking for a technician/mechanically driven person to perform repairs on fuel tanker trucks and trailers. Basic services on the truck side with a concentrated workload on the trailer side. Lots of light work, wiring to lights and junction box, ABS diagnostics and repair, Brakes and air system diagnostics and repair. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, kneel, couch, and be in awkward positions for an extended period of time, and be willing to work inside and outside in all weather conditions for extended periods of time. We are looking for a person(s) who has a good positive attitude and works well in a team setting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform air and electrical diagnostics and repair on trailers.
- Ability to diagnose and repair air systems on trucks and trailers. Brakes, suspension, etc.
- Knowledge of ABS systems.
- Perform DOT inspections on trucks and trailers.
- Going inside of tanker trailers to inspect for damage.
- Ability to read an electrical schematic and execute.
- Welding and hot work is a plus.
- Prior experience is a plus.

Competitive pay
We offer a salary range of $23 to $30 per hour. The hourly pay is dependent on training, experience, and qualifications.
May require a background check.
