About Us

Create Your Own Legacy is a Farmers Insurance district office supporting 35+ local agencies across the Denver metro. We recruit, train, and develop sales professionals and place them inside established agencies where they can build a real, long-term career.

The Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work as a W-2 employee inside an established local Farmers agency, helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. You'll sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance with the full backing of a coaching-driven team.

This is a great fit for someone who's motivated, people-oriented, and looking for a stable role with strong upside and a clear path to grow.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $40,000–$50,000, depending on the agency and your experience
  • Plus 50% commission on all new business, on top of your base
  • Typical total earnings: $65,000–$95,000 per year once you're up and running
  • Commission breaks down differently by product (auto, home, life, business) and varies by agency

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective clients and understand their coverage needs
  • Quote and sell home, auto, life, and business policies
  • Service and retain an existing book of clients
  • Follow up consistently on leads and referrals
  • Hit sales targets with the support of ongoing coaching and training

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented
  • A current insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we'll guide you through it)
