Property Runner / Turnover Prep Specialist

Job Overview

As a Runner, you’ll be the first person at many of our properties each day, preparing homes for the cleaning crew by starting laundry, restocking supplies, removing trash, and identifying any issues before cleaning begins. Your attention to detail helps ensure every guest receives a five-star experience.

Responsibilities

• Start laundry and transfer towels from the washer to the dryer as needed.
• Empty or start dishwashers and load any remaining dishes left by guests.
• Remove trash from throughout the property, including trash cans, cabinets, and drawers.
• Collect and secure guest items left behind and report them immediately to management.
• Inspect homes upon arrival and document any excessive messes, damage, or evidence of pets.
• Take photos and notify management immediately of any concerns before cleaning begins.
• Restock guest essentials, including: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Kitchen sponges, Hand soap, Dish soap.
• Strip beds and collect dirty linens for transport back to our linen facility.
• Inspect comforters for stains or damage and replace or begin washing them when necessary.
• Transport dirty linens to the storage unit and ensure clean linens are placed on beds or remain available for the cleaning crew.
• Maintain organization and communicate effectively with management throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of linens and supplies.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to use a smartphone to communicate and take photos.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, Airbnb, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
