Role and Responsibilities:
As a Banquet Server, you will support guest experiences by assisting with seating coordination, guest interactions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere during service.
- Begin interactions with guests in a warm and welcoming manner as a Banquet Server
- Accompany guests to their seats and provide menu selections
- Support the seating process and assist with managing guest flow
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly front service area
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 17 years of age to work as a Banquet Server
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a customer service or guest-facing role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay ranging from $9.78 to $11.80 based on a 40-hour work week
