We are seeking a Lab Technician (2nd Shift) to join their quality assurance team. This role is perfect for a communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced lab environment where precision is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform rigorous testing and analysis of petroleum products, ensuring all output meets industry standards.
  • Utilize and maintain laboratory equipment following ASTM (American Standard Testing Method) protocols.
  • Process and interpret data from customer gasoline and diesel samples to generate technical reports.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing and technical services departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Oversee the routine calibration and inspection of lab instrumentation.
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory cleanliness and safety.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Foundational knowledge or experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or IT Quality systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions based on testing data.
