Shift: 8am - 4pm
The Filling Assembly Specialist I functions as a member of our Global Supply Chain team to support the discrete manufacturing of our products. Specifically, the Packaging team is responsible for filling and assembly of final products to ensure finished goods inventory is ready and available for customers.

Precision Manufacturing Quality Control
Execute the precision aliquoting and filling of antibody products using advanced liquid handling techniques, maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee product quality and integrity
Set up, change over, and operate labeling, pumping, and automated packaging equipment to maintain high production throughput
Inspect and assemble final product components using both manual and automated systems for order fulfillment, ensuring all output meets defined quality specifications. Packaging, Labeling, Compliance
Perform vial labeling and package preparation, strictly following Quality Control (QC) guidelines to ensure all labeling and packaging meets regulatory and compliance requirements
Maintain consistent compliance with all regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal SOPs throughout all phases of production. Maintain conformance with all relevant Quality Management System (QMS) policies Inventory Operational Support
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records by performing timely and accurate data entry and updates within the system
Implement and maintain organized inventory systems for packaging supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to prevent production delays
Commit to continuous skill development to effectively handle new product portfolios and technologies
Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are and what you bring to the team...
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of one year of work experience
Strong computer skills, including experience with Google
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Ability to follow detailed directions
Strong organizational skills
Ideally, you have...
Associate degree preferred
Previous discrete manufacturing experience is a plus (e.g. filling, labeling, assembly, etc.)
Previous experience with tracking and replenishing inventory preferred
Previous experience utilizing an electronic inventory system or enterprise resource planning tool ideal
Willingness to learn and apply new techniques and processes in the spirit of continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency/effectiveness
Physical Conditions/Physical Requirements...
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Work in a laboratory setting with potential exposure to hazardous chemicals, biological materials, and controlled environments
Consistent wearing of assigned PPE:Personal Protective Equipment (lab coats, gloves, safety glasses) and strict adherence to all lab safety protocols for hazardous or infectious materials
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods while conducting filling assembly work
Frequent tasks requiring repetitive hand motions and fine motor skills, including pipetting, labeling, capping and operation of specialized laboratory equipment
Adaptability to varying laboratory noise levels from equipment such as centrifuges, freezers, and analytical instruments
This position has a starting hourly wage of $23.50 - $28.00, which the company, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
