What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered care by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
• Supporting residents living with memory loss through patient, compassionate care
• Encouraging participation in daily activities and social engagement
• Accurately documenting resident care and communicating with the nursing team
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding care.

Requirements:

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous CNA experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, or home health preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a resident-first approach to care
