We’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role, the heartbeat of our construction operations and ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results.

This is an in-office, field-based position working closely with our team, clients, and job sites (not remote).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage residential construction projects (new homes, additions, remodels) from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Prepare and manage estimates, contracts, and change orders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a great experience
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and internal teams
  • Coordinate carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
  • Ensure quality standards, code compliance, and proper documentation
  • Proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and on budget

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, estimating, scheduling, and construction processes
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Self‑motivated problem solver able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable with project management tools and scheduling software
