Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Global NPD and R&D teams to ensure Data Center customer requirements are incorporated into future products.
- Lead Current Product Engineering for hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.
- Lead hose assembly qualification, including crimp validation, pressure/leak testing, cleanliness, traceability, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. (Master's preferred)
- Significant experience in hose & fittings, fluid conveyance, hydraulics, thermal management, or industrial product engineering.
- Proven leadership of engineering teams and current product engineering activities.
- Experience supporting product lifecycle management, engineering changes, customer escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must-Have Technical Skill
- Strong expertise in hose and fitting systems, hose assemblies, crimp design, pressure integrity, leak performance, cleanliness, routing, and compatibility.
- Hands-on experience with hose assembly qualification, pressure and leak testing, validation, certification, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of engineering change management, product qualification, technical documentation, and risk assessment.
- Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, DFSS, Lean, PPAP, structured problem solving (8D/FRACAS), and risk-based testing.
