Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Des Moines, IA. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining strong communication with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product options to meet those needs. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the company's client base.
Qualifications
- Sales Experienced Required
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Service and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Des Moines, IA
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- Industry experience in Printing, Apparel, Signs, and/or Promotional Products is a plus
Pay
- Base Pay + Monthly Commissions
- Full time employees receive Health Benefits & 401K after 90 days
- Paid time off after one year of employment.
