I have two part time jobs open one Monday through Friday 9:30a-12:30p 15 hrs aweek
Another one Tuesdays and Wednesday 3-9pm
And one Sunday a month 5-9pm both could add up to full time

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient observation to monitor health status and identify any changes requiring attention
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Administer medications and perform basic medical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, catheter care, and CPR when necessary
- Support clients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document medical records accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers using appropriate techniques to ensure safety
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care in home health or hospice settings
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or long-term care environments
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and medical records management
- Excellent patient observation skills to detect changes in condition promptly
- Ability to assist with complex medical tasks such as medication administration, catheter care, and vital signs measurement
- Compassionate caregiving approach tailored to seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice or memory care services
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance to protect client privacy and confidentiality
- Skilled in using mobility aids like Hoyer lifts and supporting patients during transfers safely
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in home & community care settings
- Physical stamina for long shifts involving lifting, cleaning, cooking, and household chores
