Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist II is responsible for the provision of treatment and intervention for patients with speech, voice, language, communication, swallowing, and related disabilities. Services are offered to both pediatric and adult populations in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders from an ASHA‑accredited program.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Current South Carolina state licensure required.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
