Amteck is on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Electrical Project Manager to spearhead large-scale electrical construction initiatives. In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage complex commercial and industrial electrical projects valued between $30M and $50M+, ensuring top-notch project performance, financial success, client satisfaction, and team growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction projects from inception through completion.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution strategies.
• Drive financial performance, forecasting, and effective cost management.
• Closely coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, Engineering, Estimating, and Executive Leadership.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and project team members.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Manage contract reviews, risk assessments, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentation.
• Utilize scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to maintain project timelines.
• Facilitate pull-planning sessions and implement efficient production tracking strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and effective project closure processes.
• Review and negotiate major material purchases and subcontract agreements.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to optimize workforce planning and project staffing.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and prefabrication solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications We Seek

Required:

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in electrical construction.
• Proven ability to manage commercial and industrial electrical projects successfully.
• Demonstrated success with projects valued at $30M-$50M+.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Construction Project Management, National Electrical Code (NEC), and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling software.
• Solid financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, communication skills, and organizational capabilities.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with AccuBid Anywhere.
• Experience in leading large field teams and mentoring project staff.
• In-depth understanding of construction technology and document management systems.
