Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to promote products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through outbound calls and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members on technical sales processes involving technology products or services, ensuring clear communication of features and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions within CRM systems to optimize future outreach efforts.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience or interest in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment focused on business growth and development. Full Time - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM - some virtual mornings some in person

Internships are available for the summer and can transition to part time in the fall for rising Seniors

Compensation is $45000-$60000 with bonus and commissions - potential hiring earnings are available but that can be discussed in the interview process

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
