Rotating MondayFriday shifts (7:00 AM4:00 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM)

Join a leading utility organization as a Field Service Dispatcher supporting critical field operations across the service territory. This role serves as a central coordination point for dispatching resources, managing service orders, and ensuring operational service levels are achieved efficiently and accurately.

Dispatch, route, and adjust workloads for field personnel using company systems.

Serve as a primary point of contact for service-order and process-related inquiries.

Communicate effectively with field personnel to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and support daily operations.

Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, electronic requests, and messaging.

Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve service-order exceptions and escalations.

Coordinate resources and assets to support changing customer demands and timelines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Comfortable working at a computer workstation for extended periods.

This position is fully onsite at Oncor's headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative operations environment and supporting time-sensitive field service activities.
