As a Senior Recruiter for our Engineering & Supply Chain division, you’ll identify high-quality talent, drive placements, and have a direct impact on client success and candidate careers. Senior Recruiter (Engineering & Supply Chain) Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in the Engineering & Supply Chain field - Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry. - Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain - Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions - Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals Recruiter Requirements: - 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close - Proven success working in a performance-driven environment - A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills - Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company - Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote) Compensation & Benefits: - This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan.
