Are you ready to take on the role of a Tactical Security Officer?

In this dynamic position, you will utilize your keen observational skills to identify potential threats and maintain safety in various settings, including security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

What we offer you:

• Site Location: Baltimore, MD
• Flexible full-time schedules available:
• Monday - Friday from 5:00am to 1:00pm
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.54/hr (DailyPay option available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Officer:

• Monitor security systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity
• Document incidents and observations in detailed reports
• Act quickly in response to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities and malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Tactical Security Officer:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation required
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Excellent report writing skills
• Strong visual acuity and concentration
• Proficient in technology
• Prior military or law enforcement experience a plus!
• A minimum of 2 years of security experience required
• Valid security license required or ability to obtain one
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• CPR certification necessary
