What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors
As a Project Architect on our Architecture team, you will be involved in the design process from start to finish of a project. This position will be suited to work on a variety of project types and complexities. Projects at OHM are exciting! They are unique projects with the singular goal of Advancing Communities.
You will be working with a team of exceptional architects, engineers, urban designers, and first-class clients on projects that improve the lives of those living in the communities we serve. Our projects include municipal, K-12 educational campuses, multi-family housing, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and office uses. We work on exciting mixed-use projects and public-private partnership projects between communities and developers.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating a team’s effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
Design and draft project plans and presentations.
Develops work plans, schedules, and budgets for PM related to technical tasks of a Scope of Services.
Performs quality assurance and quality control of project deliverables as determined by the PM.
Meet with clients to determine scope, review plans and presentations, and act as intermediary between client and architectural team.
Stays abreast of and maintains expertise in industry-specific standards, codes, permit agency requirements, and community requirements.
Possesses a strong understanding of OHM services and relate to our clients’ needs.
