Financial Management Officer

This position is located in the Executive Office, Bureau of Diplomatic Security. The Executive Office manages all Bureau financial resources. The Financial Management Officer (FMO) reports directly to the Executive Office and supervises senior-level resource managers who deliver resource management services to the Bureau. The FMO oversees employees engaged in resource planning, justification, execution, and administration, as well as in critical oversight, consultancy, and advisory functions.
