MIH company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. Our commercial service division continues to expand throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC installation, start-up, and service projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or transition a career in project management within the mechanical/HVAC industry. The Project Manager will work closely with senior managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion

Creation of standardized processes and closeout documents

Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries

Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution

Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting

Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications

Support procurement of materials and equipment

Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

Monitor job site progress and help resolve issues as they arise

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements

Assist with project close-out, including final documentation and client sign-off

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, HVAC, or related field

Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn

Experience with or proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM software

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with construction or mechanical project workflows

Exposure to scheduling tools

Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and HVAC terminology

Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (a plus but not required)

Estimated Salary: $100k - $120k annual salary, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
