Strategic Kids is Hiring a Teacher Aide!
Location: Mission Viejo to San Clemente
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (3.5 - 6.5 hours per day)
Overview
We're hiring Teacher Aides to support K–12 students with disabilities in public and charter schools throughout South Orange County. You’ll work directly with students in classrooms 1:1 and in small groups helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to students with special education needs.
Assist teachers with classroom management and activities.
Use positive reinforcement and structured behavior management.
Collaborate with staff and families to implement student support plans.
